Monitor's Reports

The Monitor releases three types of reports under the National Mortgage Settlement:

  • Consumer relief reports address the bank's relief and refinancing activities
  • Compliance reports measure each bank's progress in complying with the servicing standards, or rules of conduct, set forth by the Settlement
  • Court reports are filed by the Monitor to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia (the Court) regarding the consumer relief or compliance requirements of the Servicer’s obligations under the Settlement
